[PREVIEW] What’s Going on at Temple This Weekend? (4/20 & 4/21)

It’s 4/20 weekend, and in Colorado, that’s a pretty big deal. Since legalization in 2014, Denver has become a destination for pot smokers around the world. Weed concerts will be popping up like weeds, so choose your entertainment wisely.

Getter – Main Room (Friday 4/20)

This 4/20 we welcome Getter to Temple. Getter has made quite a name for himself, both through his music and online media presence before the death of Vine. You may have seen him before as the “Suh Dude” guy. While best known for his dubstep productions like ‘Head Splitter‘ or ‘ Mega Gun‘, he has also made a foray into hip-hop as his alter-ego TERROR REID, both producing the tracks and spitting hot fire on em. His also operates his own artist collective and record label, Shred Collective. They have hella fun. Come catch the squad this Friday and celebrate everyone’s favorite weed holiday in style.

Ciszak – LVL (Friday 4/20)

Coming all the way from the southern hemisphere is Ciszak, a Brazillian house producer with a knack for tech house. After releases on 303Lovers and Go Deeva early in his career, his sound caught the ear of the Dirtybird Daddy, Claude VonStroke, who loved his style and brought him into the Dirtybird family. His countless mixes and tracks on SoundCloud will be sure to keep you busy for hours, so start digging. Can’t wait to see you there!

Sultan + Shepard – Main Room (Saturday 4/21)

This Canadian duo met one dark, dusty night in the 2000’s inside of a Montreal after-hours club. Like hydrogen and oxygen, they realized they had good chemistry and began to write music together. It wasn’t for a few years until they officially formed their duo, but it certainly paid off. Since then, they have collaborated with revered EDM artists such as Dillon Francis, Tiesto, and Fedde Le Grand as well as made remixes for major pop acts like Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Lady Gaga, and Madonna. The duo has established themselves as one of dance music’s leading partnerships. Sultan + Shepard are here to make you boogie, so come on down and dance with them this Saturday!
