[PREVIEW] Global Dance Festival Hits Arizona

Global Dance Festival is known for always bringing to Phoenix some of the most sought
after names in electronic music. Get down and dirty with the artists in a celebration of
boogie and woogie in this western town. This year the lineup features seasoned artists
Flosstradamus, Showtek and Yellow Claw who is sure to throw down some bangers.
These artists have been performing for years and have mastered the art of crowd
pleasing by mixing trap, hip hop, dubstep, big room house, and hardstyle with a wide
variety of other genres.

While these headliners are probably the artists that you are most familiar with the
supporting acts are certain to start off the night on a strong foot. Ecotek in contrast to
the headliners has a much more mellow tone. By mastering the sounds of deep, house,
atmospheric, and electro beats Ecotek will start the night off with relaxing melodies to
ease you into a long night of dancing.

As the night progresses Slander will step up the tempo as the entropy in the crowd
increases. While this duo is no strangers to dubstep, trap, and house they are best
known for their signature sub-genre “heaven trap”. Heaven trap is characterized by big
bass and euphoric drops which leave the crowd feeling uplifted and blissful.

Flosstradamus has been featured in front of crowds just about everywhere. You might
remember their heart pumping set at EDCLV or perhaps from when they appeared on
the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. You may have even been introduced to this duo by
your little cousin when they showed you the Peanut Butter Stomp on Yo Gabba Gabba.
Whether you have been tossing up the triangle for years, or are a first timer to this duo’s
show, you will be sure to have your socks blown off.

Tie up your dancing shoes and get ready for a trap-filled night. Grab a friend for the best
deal and throw down on a pair of tickets for $110. Don’t hesitate because this twofer
ends after September 17th.
