September is almost over – FINALLY! Sometimes life throws you a curve ball and you go an entire month without going to a show or seeing friends. Rough. Well we all have them from time to time, but there’s still time to shove it in September’s face with one last weekend! And since Electronic Colorado is your go-to for your weekend ventures, here is what we suggest you do in the last weekend of September. Don’t let it win, go out and have fun!
5. Swarm Tour with Jade Cicada at The Black Box – Thursday Sept. 28
For those who are looking for something to do THIS thirsty Thursday and something more local in Denver, here’s the show for you. As The Black Box is one of Denver’s newest venues, if you haven’t been yet then this is the perfect opportunity.
4. Krafty Kuts at The Black Box – Saturday Sept. 30
If Saturday is more your style to go out and get lost then definitely hit up Krafty Kuts at The Black Box.
3. TOKiMONSTA at The Bluebird – Saturday Sept. 30
The intoxicatingly gorgeous TOKiMONSTA visits the Bluebird with her smooth and melodic rhythms this Saturday. Her beauty is enough for me to go that’s for sure!
2. Keys n Krates (DJ set) at Beta Nightclub – Thursday Sept. 28
It was only announced two days ago but the hype is already real. Come get rowdy before Rowdytown with an “intimate” with one of bass music’s most ingenuitive acts. We’re also giving away a bunch of FREE TICKETS for this show. Just head to our Facebook page and look for the giveaway pinned towards the top.
1. ROWDYTOWN at Red Rocks Amphitheater -Friday & Saturday
Ooh my it’s finally here; ROWDYTOWN!!! If you haven’t then you must. A yearly mini-festival thrown by Colorado’s very own Big Gigantic, RowdyTown is EXACTLY what the name entails; rowdiness. Not to mention one of my all time favorite bands Keys N Krates will be performing during Friday night (Saturday is sold out) as they did last year! Get your Friday tickets now folks, this is NOT something you want to miss.
