List’n Up: Five Shows to see this Week (Aug 28th -Sept 2nd)

As August dies down September comes with some solid artists to start the month off. With fall just around the corner this long stretch of “still summer but almost fall” seems to drag on, so here’s our top five shows to help with the mundane work week.

5. RUN DMT at the Black Box (Friday 9/1)

Another special for the Black Box, RUN DMT will be playing Friday.

4. Goldroom at Bar Standard (Wednesday 8/30)

Goldroom is comin’ back to Denver and is bringing those sexy California vibes with him. Looking forward to this DJ set, just like the good ol’ days.

3. Yotto at Club Vinyl (Saturday 9/2)

Currently my favorite Anjunadeep lablemate, Yotto is everything we love about the label and more. His deep, melodic, sultry vibes are catchy without being assuming or pretentious.

Tickets

3. Bob Moses at Belly Up, Aspeny (Saturday 9/2)

Aspen may be known for its ski resorts and winter get-away, but it also has much to offer during the summer. Bob Moses, for example, is a perfect reason to check out the winter wonderland in its summer beauty.

1. GRIZ at Red Rocks (Fri Sept 1st & Sat Sept 2nd)

Well how could you not count these as top shows this week!? Two nights of GRIZ mayhem, Red Rocks is taken over with two nights with one of my favorite artists who use brass instruments, Red Rocks will rock this weekend.

Friday | Saturday

Honorable Mention: Antiserum at the Black Box (Tuesday 8/29)

Colorado’s home for the underground, the Black Box bring back Antiserum for an ‘Old School Classic Set’. This classic dubstep set is one for nostalgia.
